Here at My Scarf Shop, we offer free standard shipping for all UK orders. With regards to UK charges using Royal Mail services, shipping is calculated by weight. Please refer to chart below for the list of UK shipping charges:
Please note that Recorded and Special Deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. All orders can be tracked via the Royal Mail website.

We offer free Europe shipping for orders over £25.

We also ship our products to customers worldwide. Here are the list of charges for shipping to the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON DISPATCH & DELIVERY
- All orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 3pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. This is subject to availability.
- For our UK customers, your order will be shipped using Royal Mail or UPS courier service depending on which shipping service you select. Unless you have selected an alternative shipping method, your order will be dispatched using standard UK First Class shipping that typically takes 1-3 business days from the shipping date to arrive.
- Delivery days means normal working days (Monday to Friday), excludes Bank Holiday, Christmas / New Years Eve. Whilst Royal Mail do deliver on Saturday this is not guaranteed. We encourage our customers to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays. UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, together with Channel Islands, and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
- If your order is required by a specific date we recommend you use our before 1PM next day guarantee delivery service.
- With international orders, we deliver to most destinations worldwide. Take note though that when items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
LATE/LOST DELIVERIES
- Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via our contact form at least after seven working days have passed from the time your order was dispatched. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 working days for international items) – this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
- Items not received but tracked as being delivered – This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com by filling in a signature request form.
- Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. My Scarf Shop cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
